I use an iPad with no problems on  any site other than the betfair sportsbook homepage ( and its links), and the paddypower homepage. I've tried all the usual remedies including clearing c&cs, off and on, other browsers and resetting, but all I get is a white screen below the top bars. Neither companies helplines can help.I can place bets for pp via the odds checker site generally, and can view my pp account via their promotions page, but no matter what routes I take the two sites home pages just show white.Has anyone heard of this? I would have posted on the more popular racing forum but there can be some unpleasant replies nowadays, though I imagine things will improve there after last weeks antics.

Browser or app?

If browser, clear cache and/or try a different one (or app).

Ramruma , thanks, it's the safari browser, the app is not an option on an iPad 2 .

you-have-to-laugh , thanks, at least I'm not the only one. Which straight away makes me doubt betfair emailing to say they have never heard of it . It only affects two sites, which of course are closely linked. A factory reset even didn't help, nor does any of the iPad privacy settings. And pp's advice to download some kind of  microsoft program really isn't an option. I also have plenty of storage.

I don't own any Apple products, so cant help directly. However it looks like a simple process of elimination as it only affects 2 websites. The first thing i would do is try another browser, as Ramruma suggested earlier.

yes it must be ipad, as i can see the websites on my pc.

no luck with a whole range of browsers, though for sure its iPad related. One thing though , already there's a better class of reply on this thread , compared to the racing one, So chit chat posters take some pride in that, I'd of had clever comments by the dozen back over there, but for gods sake don't anyone tell them that.. And don't mention chemo therapy was a decent chap after all.

Have you tried the solutions mentioned on the above page?

Gin, I tried each option on there, but no change, but thanks anyway. It might be referring to no websites loading, for me a world of websites open apart from pp and sportsbook sports pages. I've found I can see pp's casino, games, poker and cartoon racing, but no link back works. It makes no sense, but I'm giving up now.

I thought the restrictions/allowed content settings may be the problem but obviously not.

Had an odd problem earlier today - Was using my chtromebook and wanted to get on to P Power - My internet (BT Openzone business) wouldn't let me on with a notice about 'content'. Same with betfair - tried a dodgy site and same. Left it a few hours and now no problem. Any ideas why this would have been?
