Betting accounts/on credit file

Whats it saying on file ?

It says I have placed bets with different bookmakers

Be your credit rating they look at Freddie , and any loans you may have ,not sure they will looking at much else

They check for CCJ etc ..

No loans. No ccj. But I've heard if they know u bet online. They won't touch u

currently in the middle of changing mine, and no one has mentioned a thing so far.

Freddie if you are Betting for a Living on here that may well be true ,other than that No .

I had this problem some time ago.

I think at that time mortgage companies were getting this information from your bank statement that you have to supply.  So from that time I have used a separate prepaid card for my gambling. I know that pokerstars etc don't use their main name on your bank account but it doesn't need Einstein to know what other names they use.

Prepaid cards are easy to get and so far I have had no problems with it.  I also like it for everyday use as I know that if it got stolen or I was a victim of fraud then they can only take the £500 or so I keep on it.  Just keep getting cash out from your bank account and then I use the Post Office to top up the prepaid card.

Big red flag

With the Amount of Adverts for Betting and casino , I would imagine half the Country have red flags ..

Sadly the other half are in parliament.......
