Something must be going on there Sontaran, most of the recent economic refugees landing on our beaches are Iranian
Is there something to back up this claim?

If you think this was a good move I suppose you are on the side of the Saudis

there will be a fair few in iran quite happy with the idea of this guy going
No doubt. No one is saying he was a nice guy, but killing people from a Saudi hit list does nothing to benefit the West imo

UBLE/REGY 03 Jan 20 13:20 I thought we had moved on from the CrusadesThe more killing there is from either side, the more killing there will be to come???????UBLE/REGY 03 Jan 20 14:33 We have been killing people in the Middle East since 1990.Seem to remember explaining this to you before, let`s try again;islam follows ishmail, the illegitimate son of 86-year old Abraham and his servant girl, with Judaism and Christianity following his legitimate children. Knowing themselves to be the bast@rdy runt of `religion` has bred a resentful hatred for all good, decent, right thinking people, and the only way they can feel better about themselves is if they kill all decency, leaving nobody against which to measure their evil, enabling them to kid themselves they have cast off 1500 years of inferiority. This is why their comic book explicitly tells them to kill or convert their superiors, which they`ve been doing all along, and certainly from before your `1990`! (Without wanting to sound too `playschool-ish`), they started it, we don`t want the fight, if they stop we will. No other religion demands the killing of all non-followers, as we know we`re not the bast@rds.
Are you a former soldier? Or related to one? Your comment reminds me of an American student at my university, who was in the US army and was attending a business course with us. I asked him how it was possible for the americans to find soldiers motivated enough to start a new war every few years. His response was similar to yours, with the usual addition of fighting bad people, liberating oppressed people, democracy and defending american freedom etc.
The West is not at war with the muslims. It would have won long ago if that was the case. On the contrary, america actually supports militaries of a lot of muslim countries. Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Pakistan and a bucket load of middle eastern countries get their weapons from America. Saudiarabia, the holiest of all muslim countries, imports shetloads of weapons from america as well as britain. So it doesn't look like the west is at war with them. We are basically supporting and arming them. Your childish 'if they stop, we will too' is bollox because you're the one arming them, so why on earth would you want them to stop?
That kind of story would work great on the sheep going out on deployment but doesn't look sound to me.

There are certainly no righteous on either side, you could never trust Iran to get its house in order but on the other you got an impeachable president used car salesman who only keeps his job because there are enough cronies to support him (not innocence) and Netanyahu who avoids serious allegations by a technicality while electioning, both feasibly could end up in jail after office. Then there’s the weasely way Israel gets preferential treatment, not least the nuclear issue.
Agreed.
