my mate Jack is thinking of buying a white van.

So i asked him why.And he said,"well brass ,when you have a white van you can park where ever you like,all you have to do is stop ,switch the flashing parking lights on and leave it in the middle of the street,you can drive in taxi lanes and park on footpaths or anywhere you like,no need to buy parking tickets,just stop and get out, in any street,town or City,never mind about yellow lines or no parking signs,all you have to do is be a white van man and you can stop where ever you like at any time of the day.
