I do however watch the Long Good Friday every Good Friday ..... a DVD for 2 quid from Woolworths.

For some reason i have no idea why it never gets shown on terrestial tv or sky, not seen it in years.

Channel 5 showing Top 40 Greatest Ever Christmas Movies now till 1250am.  It's not too bad.  No 35 or so now.

The Long Good Friday is a brilliant film.

However my Christmas favorites are SCROOGE (the Alistair Sim version) and (OK I'll be first!!!) the wonderful IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE. Showed the latter to my hardened 12yo granddaughter last Christmas. Itchy eye time, and that was her, AND me of course.
