The Long Good Friday is a brilliant film.

However my Christmas favorites are SCROOGE (the Alistair Sim version) and (OK I'll be first!!!) the wonderful IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE. Showed the latter to my hardened 12yo granddaughter last Christmas. Itchy eye time, and that was her, AND me of course.

Hi Moisok - That post must have taken a while to construct. Always hard to get "wrong" right.  Is this really a thread for you? You could have just posted your favorites and then pop off to a thread where you can add value.
