I get the impression more people in Scotland like him than the SNP would like us to believe.

You're quite right, Ev - despite what some nationalistic mugs might have you believe.  Particularly in here.

Boz, imo, should tell the clown and his wee fishwife mistress that Scotland can have indyref2 in 2021 on the strict condition the snp win the Scottish parliamentary elections on 6th May of that year.

"Once in a generation" they told us in 2014 Angry  How long's a generation?  25 years, imo - not 5!!!

1.2 million voted for the SNP - out of a UK population of 66 million... That represents just 1.8%

But because of the misproportion of seats per head of population in Scotland, they get an exaggerated representation in Parliament ... and Blackford, consequently, gets FAR MORE  than 1.8% of Parliamentary time to continually gob-off about his, and that of the equally noisy female dwarf back in Edinburgh, insular minority interests.

Everybody has heard him, and her, and the theme, so many times before, that  it is little wonder that the vast majority are no longer interested in what they have to say - just like Johnson ... and could not give a Donald about their jingoistic  insular navel-gazing.

It would delight me no end for Scotland to vote for Independence in a Referendum - AND, carry it through.

The first of those, if not both  the above, are far from certain to happen, though - somewhat unfortunately.

Go your own way ........ let's see how long Scotland lasts - trying to stand on it's  own  feet out there in the big wide-world... without the money from Westminster

Or, of course, I suppose the master-plan will be for Scotland to get itself declared a 'Third-World Economy' - just as Ireland did, before the EU pumped billions into Ireland - only for Ireland to now be left floundering now that cash has dried up, and all the American, and other countries companies - who came for the 'No Rates/Low Tax' deals - have beggared off.

^ Pfft, they are still there(US companies) taking advantage of the highly educated workforce, many UK companies relocating there over brexit. Ireland is the fastest growing European with underlying GDP of 5% and that has been mirrored for the last few years.

The likes of Ian Blackford and SNP knows the UK is buggered after brexit and don't want to be dragged down by tiny little englanders and who can blame them.

No - It doesn't help - sofiakenny - because, just like big-mouth Blackford, you are artificially massaging the figures - just to suit your agenda.

1.2 million people voted for the SNP ... 33 million people OVERALL voted in the UK General Election ...

Now turn THAT into a percentage.

Or - I will do that for you ...

The SNP got just 3.9% percent of the Overall vote.

Boris/The Conservatives got 43.6%

Independence is a certainty, "the empire it is finished, no foreign lands to seize"

Top Labour MSP's ready to join the SNP too, they think it's the only way forward for Scotland to remain in EU and protect the working class, poor, sick and elderly from Tory spivs "evil plan".
God Bless them all I say.

Errm, could it be anything to do with the SNP only stand in Scotland? Just to let you know they don't stand in the rest of the UK.

The latest poll for independence was 56 stay with uk and 44 against.

a bit of a blow for her

I have always wondered why they swim against the tide annoying lots of people by banging on about to the detriment of home issues in scotland

Then I realised her hatred of the english, appealing to nationalism, diverts attention away from some of her home made disasters.   It worked for Hitler too.
