release point from halfway to the two-thirds point for adult offenders serving sentences
of four years or more for serious violent or sexual offences".
so he cant really claim he had no imput into that proposal now
and clearly at that point had not intent of seeing prisoners serve full term...

saddo is right...it is inconceivable that a Moslem terrorist will ever be safe for release into the community. They should be hanged within 24 hours of being convicted.

Politicians can't overrule the judiciary in this country. There are times when it is very frustrating but it is probably for the best. I just hope it applies to taxation as well as I fear losing my ISA savings if labour get short of money.

If "chicken" Corbyn actually said "terrorists should not necessarily serve full sentences" as in the header of this thread then once again "chicken" Corbyn could be a public nuisance if getting the key to Number 10 on 13th Dec 2019? If convicted for terrorism then prudent to deny them freedom for a very long time say at least 50 years.

There were 8 other guys who plead guilty in 2010 alongside this chap. I wonder where they are? Even Boris was on their hit list.
And among the guys that brought the guy down, one was named Mo and one was a polish migrant. I'm surprised the mayor or Corbyn haven't made a story out of this. It fits very well into their election campaign.
In America one of the sports coaches who violated his charges was given over 200 years (in total) imprisonment, and he was in his early 40's, I think. If he comes out alive he'd be over 240 years old - the oldest person ever recorded to be alive and kicking.
For the amount of muslim countries the americans have invaded, and the ease of obtaining weapons over there, they have surprisingly low number of terrorist attacks. They are easily the most hated country in the muslim world but their muslims dont go around stabbig people. Why?
