I detested the thought of the death penalty till I was about 30...Now I would gladly pull the plug on the fookers.

Anyone suggesting new laws to be introduced needs his brain checked. I've been pointing out for three years now that even the existing laws aren't being implemented, at least in UK, France, Germany, and Austria. All being done to facilitate a certain balance in population.
