Anyone suggesting new laws to be introduced needs his brain checked. I've been pointing out for three years now that even the existing laws aren't being implemented, at least in UK, France, Germany, and Austria. All being done to facilitate a certain balance in population.
Its not about the laws, its about their implementation. if you are going to keep your door doors and windows open all day what's the point of having a list of insects that you don't want coming in?
