How did she manage to spend her £millions? I hope she's stashed some for the hurricane days; I do not know her, but she was (probably still is) very entrepreneurial and resourceful. Not such a bad thing to trim one's cloth to suit; part and parcel of growing up and assuming one's responsibility.
I believe a bankrupt could be discharged after one year, but credit card debts after 6 years, correct? |

She has 'knocked' a few if not a lot of creditors/suppliers etc, but HMRC won't let anyone away with that. She has had an IVA for a year and not honoured that.That's ok as long as she doesn't claimm benefits. Give that a couple of weeks.

Actually i do find it rather sad when these once glamerous woman get old and skint and turn to prostitution to get by, remember Sophie Anderton and a few others don't seem to recognise their stars have fallen and go down hill rapidly, shame.

Creditors and suppliers like post department stores, supermarkets and luxury car dealers. If so, well done to her our national banks have done worst; HMRC is an entirely different kettle of fish (leech) - they are more potent than any known addiction.

impossible, agree 100% with your list and sentiments, but it's rarely that simple 'suppliers' for example can be self employed builders and decorators(many trades} cleaners, etc, etc, people just trying to look after their families,too many to list here. The fallout reaches many, many ordinary people. in these cases. She has 'blown 45 million, that we know of, and the year comissioned £250 k of renovations ffs, while failing to pay her 12k a month IVA.
