Turgid, as in pompous? If so, again I can understand why. They also like to think they know the most or the best even though they clearly do not. Could this be extended to their driving? Uber and minicab drivers are terrible - I nearly got out of one about 5 years ago. No prize for guessing the origin of the driver.
