Anyone watch this Film/Documentary last night? Was very thought provoking and awful at the same time. A very beautiful young lady filmed from Aleppo over 5 years as it was bombed and flattened by the Assad regime and his Russian supporters, she married a Doctor and they had 2 children whilst trying to have a family life amongst the destruction of their city. Nowhere was safe the hospitals were targeted and dying children carried into the hospital every day! The sight of a baby being cut from its mothers belly who had been hit by a blast and appeared dead only for the Drs to slap and give tiny chest compressions to miraculously bring the baby back to life was indeed heart warming. Came across that they were just ordinary people trying to make the most of their lives whilst accepting they could be killed at any moment. If you missed it try to watch it if you can, very thought provoking imo.
Good luck finding anyone on this page bothering to watch it.
Immigration is much more complicated when you realise it's people like you and me doing it.

I gave the heads up on the 39 dead bodies thread just after it started last night,no reply.
Eye opener for me,i had a vague idea but them people suffered,i thought they had a great attitude in spite throughout.

Didn't see it when broadcast but on my list to watch on catch up, had seen it being discussed on C4 news during the week. As pointed out, the average chit-chatter will not be interested in the slightest.
