So is this going ahead or not?

We could do with some minor entertainment, and a GE seeing Dianne Abbott bouncing around before Xmas is just what we need

I don't think we will see another General Election in our lifetimes.

The EU will grant a 3-month extension in the next few days, which Remainer MPs will then roll over for a further three months ad infinitum. Bercow will postpone his resignation, and in May 2022 will allow MPs to legislate for a rolling three-month postponement of a General Election until No Deal is taken off the table.

Meanwhile, with Government unable to formulate any new legislation, the unfettered UK economy will boom, becoming bigger than that of the rest of the entire EU by the year 2030. At that point the recently re-elected German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, will open talks with Boris Johnson for the EU to accede to the UK.

Following his divorce, and subsequent re-marriage to the recently transitioned Owena Jones, Leader of the Opposition, the Rt Hon. Jeremy Corbyn, MP, issues an 81st birthday statement from his honeymoon hotel in Crimea, in which he calls for an immediate General Election.

at outdated  Neanderthal members from the northern tribes who sadly destroy the smooth suave and sophisticated progress of the party. Like wot members like me is.

lately I have been pickling by brain on PROPER JOB  a rather nice ale from st austell brewery  5.5   hic!!!!

at least we won't have to smuggle that in!!!   or will we  - they might declare independence and as a leading Mercian I might suggest we align ourselves together - perhaps with some agreed marriages - as in the jolly old good days.
I can see myself doing well out of this ho ho hic!!!

I have been to Tamworth castle, it's rather quaint.
I did see your rubber dinghy posts but had forgotten that you were storing them in your garage.
Last weekend was rather grim on the footy front for me and am wondering how many chips to risk on the Soton game and will perhaps cash out after the first goal. (now you know it's going to be 0-0).

I wish I had your confidence anx. I can see the flying foxes grounded by a first half goal and spending most of the game trying to get back on terms. 1-1 for me.

my thoughts exactly   - you would expect a couple of goals with leicester but I am being a coward now and not going for it

just my usual  0   0    lay of the draw

and a small  1  0   0  1 to keep me amused during play

you will see the market jump when my input goes in
