Man are not allowed to make physical contact with women nowadays, unless they request it. But I think it was right the word sexual has been removed from this charge, it never was. |

i agree it was not,
its the kind of thing that is unwanted, but not really covered in our law. which leads to situations like this of course the law must have thought it was a sexual assault, else there would not have been a trial. a different person in the dock and a different jury might see a different verdict. |

not guilty on lesser charge too. seems like he was massively overcharged judging by the minimal time jury took considering their verdicts

Different accused different result as at the very least this was a common assault being unwanted and deliberate physical contact on the lips by a stranger to the victim who must be totally bewildered by the jury system.
