Just for your info moisok, a poster asked why the guy was charged with assault instead of attempted murder. I explained why it was assault and not attempted murder. You took it to mean that I was defending the guy's intentions when the discussion was purely about the legal terms assault and attempted murder.
I can understand your IQ may not be high enough to understand these legal terms. Hence I let it go and didn't press you to prove your allegation(you had clearly chickened out). So I give you another chance. Unless you were mistaken about the legal terms, which post made you think I was defending the guy who stabbed those people? |
