Lots of bus drivers hate there jobs and are jobsworths.

The bus bosses will know who was on the route at the time and the drivers should face disciplinary action, absolutely scandlous behaviour.

They get away with murder do bus drivers.

I see them drive past eating their sandwiches, and at the bus depot they walk off leaving their buses parked with the engines running.

Mind you pushchairs on buses are a nuisance. These young tarts think they own the place when they're pushing a jammy-faced sprog in a pushchair.
And if you go upstairs to avoid the brats, you're liable to choke on the smoke from the cannabis smokers.

There is something wrong when 3 different drivers drove past and refused to help the company
must be responsible in some way also , might be the way things are now in many workplaces :(

that does remind me of when I used busses in the past, young mums would get on with their buggy's along with their coats/shopping bags etc hanging off of the handles, squeezing through the aisle, with people shifting their legs/feet inwards, with barely enough space to get through, before eventually getting to the middle of the bus where the exit door is, then getting off at the next stop!Laugh one of life's mysteries. In London the saying about London busses "you wait for one and 3 come along at once" really was true, on the rare occasion I had the money to get the bus home from school, the first bus was always full already with school kids so you'd quickly got the bus just behind it, full, then run to the last one which has some space, it often pulled off as nobody was getting on, well they wouldn't as the driver barely waited 7 secondsCry was always funny seeing bus inspectors piling onto a bus at a stop to check tickets and those without them desperately trying to get to the middle door quickly to press the emergency button to get outLaugh

the worst behaviour I've seen from a bus driver was one freezing cold day where the streets where very icy, little old lady waiting for a bus, sees bus coming, walks towards edge of road tentatively to put her hand out but slips and falls on her back, driver puts his foot down and doesn't stop! not stopping for a wheelchair user doesn't surprise me, if you can't get on or off quickly it seems they don't want to know. Seen a few fights/altercations on busses before and the driver rarely comes to intervene, tbh I don't blame them on that one, they're not security officers after all!

I was walking towards a bus stop which was on the other side of a road.
A lady was waiting at the stop standing on the edge of the pavement with her back to the direction where the bus was coming from, due to sleet which was hammering down.

I was amazed to see the bus drive straight past her. I shouted ''you nasty *******.''

What did he think she was standing there for?

The drivers are being taken through the companies disciplinary procedures.
Wonder what excuses they'll put forward to try and defend their actions.

The buses that passed probably had a pram in the disabled space, drivers dont want the
aggro of asking a mother and child to get off the bus.i know a recently retired driver
who told me the abuse they often have to take is unbelievable.
