I heard "The Little White Cloud That Cried " on Sunday and remembered seeing him on tv in the 50s . He cried as he sang the song . He really was a soppy **** .

So he took it up the Aris ? That might explain the tears and partial deafness could be the reason why he put a finger in one ear while "singing" . Any music lover in the vicinity would probably have a finger in each ear .
