Virtual Reality

Those who Doubt my statement stand outside any Pub  (if you Smoke) or any place of work . Phones out Eyes on Screen

No one bothers interacting anymore ...... Only online ....

I would say with the Next ten years a Virtual Headset will be the Norm ..

I think you could be right, casemoney.

VR will be ok for short term events, ie football or sex but holidays is a bit longer than a headset can cover.

Unless you can wear the headset whilst sleeping.

Infact, down the road who knows where it might lead us , Unless you actually want to touch a person , Headset on will be like you are both in the same room

I am assuming you were looking at something on TV or internet that made you create a thread like this. But this tech is already there and easily available.

I myself don't know much about it but if you want to know more google stuff like Microsoft Hololens and Magicleap. Plus Zuckerberg is burning a lot of money on this. I don't know where he's reached but 2 years ago he was on about how you could sit right next to your colleague in a meeting and share handwritten notes with him. Obviously no touching :)

The correct term is augmented reality. VR is only related to your viewing experince(like games) but its augmented reality where you can do the james bond stuff.
