Always heartwarming to see rich property developers get even richer and indulge their spoiled children in the process.

Nick and Paro bought a house worth half a million for son Michael, who works in the City - bless him, finance obviously doesn't pay like it used to. Looks like Michael turned his nose up to it in the end!

I saw one when a guy bought a house for £100,000 and his friend advised him to convert it to two flats which cost him another £40,000.

The estate agents then valued each flat at £60,000.
