I had large radio. Removed the casing and just the bare chassis and valves!!! It was balanced against the metal framed window!!!!!  It is a wonder I am around today.   Had all sorts of strange Scandinavian names on the front. I also see lots of crimes  in the news papers where the police are lookiong for  eastern europeans involved in all sorts of events in and around london.
