You’re not making much sense
What’s wrong with an election ?
By:
lfc1971

Have you something against elections  ?
By:
dustybin
When: 06 Sep 19 17:45
Nothing
But the tories need it more than anyone else atm so they wont get one cos the tories cant demand one
Fixed term parliament rules dictate
They'd have to vote no confidence in themselves and thats political suicide

Why is it ?

Go and find out, its only been a rule for 10 years
By:
lfc1971
When: 06 Sep 19 17:47
I know that.  I’m asking why is it political suicide to want an election?
By:
dustybin
When: 06 Sep 19 17:48
To vote no confidence in yourselves in order to get one
Why would anyone vote for them after that?
Im done schooling you
By:
lfc1971
When: 06 Sep 19 17:49
Let me explain, they will be voting no confidence in themselves not because they have no confidence in themselves

But to get an election , understand ?
By:

Too subtle ?

Tea time
By:

When: 06 Sep 19 17:53
They would be voting no confidence because they sacked their own MPs and lost a majority
There own infighting would have caused it
Not exactly a selling point

Now Im done with you cos as hard as I try...you really do my **** in man

Well thats unfortunate
Lfc tries to be condescending while saying stuff I cant even recognise
He thinks boris can call in sick for a bit while s hit settles down the take over again when somebody else has mopped up

This is how it works , the government decides what to do , not Parliament
Parliament cannot force the elected government , the tories , to do anything it doesn’t want to do

When you understand that basic fundamental of democracy you will understand that boris cannot be forced to ask for and extension after oct31
And the tories can’t be forced to ask for it if they don’t want to   , no law or anything else can make them

Try and understand that

it's all gone very swimmingly for Bozo; as for "losing his brother" he won't be crying too many tears over that; far too many dummies on here & the outside world take way too much notice of the MSM

I switch off to anything that is said by MSM.

Why all the faffing around then? They know what they want to do but can't. Why not? Because of Parliament.
By:

That’s true , my point is Parliament cannot tell the government what to do
By:
lfc1971
When: 06 Sep 19 20:42
It can of course stop things , if it has the numbers
By:
lfc1971
When: 06 Sep 19 20:44
But Parliament doesn’t tell the government  , the tories , that they must go to Brussels
No , they don’t
By:

And no law can make them

It's Friday man! Say what you fceking like! I know we always disagree but if a man can't take meds and red wine well, what is the point!

I don't take drugs much anymore but if any Doctor said to me don't drink when taking these I took it as a good way to save some money but to be fair I never got drink any quicker. I think it might just be an example of the EU Conspiracy!
