1= Ask the people of the UK A referendum question"do you want another vote on brexit,=YES OR NO
If the answer is NO leave the next day
if the answer is YES give them a another vote.
it simply means that the people made the final decision.
all members of parliament have no reason to disagree with this.

Shouldn't we ask them if they want a referendum on whether they want a referendum asking :
"Do you want another vote on Brexit, YES OR NO
"Do you want another vote on Brexit, YES OR NO
England and Wales vote to leave the UK. They, therefore, also leave the EU. No payment to the EU needed. Scotland and Northern Ireland remain in the UK, and so they and the UK remain in the EU. The change in the UK means a reassessment of the UK contribution to the EU as it is now much smaller, and the UK will be become a net receiver of funds from the EU. Everyone gets what they want, in or out.
