Suspect?
By:
pecker ,it will be a european border not an irish one, with the German French, and Italian soldiers on the other side, and moves are already in place.
Rate reply: Brass, this wont work.Chaos will ensue. Have you any idea how many crossings there are and that's only a minor concern by comparison.. |
By:
and it will be the same across between Scotland and England when Scotland get their independence next may.French ,German ,AND Italian troops dividing Britain thats what NO DEAL will do.
By:
Posy, it's been 3 tears plus, just go, get on with, stop whinging, just leave.
Perhaps democracy is failing in broken homeless Britain. |
By:
my point is that when Scotland rejoin after NO deal a border issue between between Scotland and England will follow.
By:
Just leave.......I quite agree.Forget trade deals, withdrawal agreements, backstops;let’s get on with it and the Eu can whistle for a divorce settlement. A month after leaving Ireland will be on their knees and willing to drop all objections.
By:
The Eu pump millions of pounds into Scotland in EU grants each year,it will stop after no deal. The English tax payer can not afford to carry Scotland. The scots will suffer a serious depression, and then demand independence to rejoin the EU.IT COULD END IN WAR. thats my opinion.
but thats if there is a NO DEAL.No deal is playing with fire. |
By:
You are so wrong Posy,i go so far to say though,a month after leaving the UK will be on its knees particulary if it defaults on its commitments.
By:
Just Leave and get on with it. The backstop may well as likely been inserted by the Remainers negotiating team in Whitehall to spoil us.
By:
The smaller Irish economy will adapt and survive much easier as our Tourism becomes far more attractive than the sliding pound.
By:
To think that the Irish have been indoctrinated by the ruling elites , how sad to see :(
By:
I’m beginning to think that the only Irish people that I like are the ones who have been anglicised ,
with big breasts |
By:
The whole of the U.K. is under attack , from Europe , aided by the Irish ( they’ve been guilty before in history )make no mistake about that
By:
The empire is no more, get over it.
By:
And Patrick Pearse was gay , get over that
By:
Padraig lfc,i agree,ye are under fierce attack....
from yourselves. |
By:
We didn’t mind val doonican or terry wogan , but graham norton? Take him back please !
By:
You're too generous lfc ; I minded both of them.
By:
The Irish people have certainly lost their independence of mind , if not their minds totally
just my opinion |
By:
No,we might if you agree to the backstop though,
He is from Bandon,a neck of the woods where non indigneous species of untypical Irishman have kinda"evolved". |
By:
Lol
Anyway I hope we leave in Oct and then please let’s just get into talking about trade , that’s all Nothing very much needs to change in reality |
By:
The Irish people have certainly lost their independence of mind , if not their minds totally
just my opinion Rate reply: But they are not homophobic, nor racist bigots. |
By:
Cant do trade deals during election season, so that will be another 3 years of bluster...to get.
By:
Once we've exited we can return to Ireland all the scum Travellers who currently pollute my part of the world.
By:
Any decent Irish person would be far too independent of mind for the EU
Well I suppose it’s their choice , but don’t expect anyone to be impressed |
By:
Now Posy,i can understand and sympathise with that,but.... the majority of people in both countries are "normal",ie worried about children, cost of living, work etc.
By:
Once we've exited we can return to Ireland all the scum Travellers who currently pollute my part of the world.
Rate reply: | report block user but you can't |
By:
Exactly , why do you think we voted to leave , Britain can no longer provide work for millions of people from every corner of the world ,it’s impossible
Those times are gone |
By:
That's true^
By:
* to pa lapsy
By:
My reply was @ Peckerdunne,it will still be common travel area.
By:
The common travel area should have come to an end with Brexit
By:
I quite agree with your sentiments pa lapsy;my quarrel is not with the Irish people ,but with their Government ,unelected representatives and.........pollution that goes under the heading of Travellers.
By:
If the Irish want to insist on being independent , and on being in the EU
That brings responsibilities as well as rights |
By:
If you are part of the EU , and Ireland is
Then freedom of movement should stop , from Ireland as with all eu countries , , on Oct 31st Or whenever we do leave |
By:
You wouldn't be alone in your way of thinking regarding travellers, maybe actually more so in Ireland, you also have an unelected representive in Boris and as regards goverment, the tory party is a pity, fine gael and fianna fail(opposition\) both came together due to the brexit threat, quite brilliant really, while yours are fcking the man in the street to score votes.
By:
These are the basic fundamentals of being an independent country
By:
The Tory party are not the problem
By:
If you are part of the EU , and Ireland is
Then freedom of movement should stop , from Ireland as with all eu countries , , on Oct 31st Or whenever we do leave Rate reply: that will prove impossible |
By:
No Boris has been elected in accordance with the election rules of the Tory party....my reference to unelected Irish representatives is to those who have been merely appointed.....by the way i'm half Irish.
