Glad i made you laugh, found it funny myself but really i don't consider myself right wing, used to be quite a leftie but really feel like a lot of the population that this country has gone right down the pan over the last 20 years or so and it's getting worse. Circumstances change your opinions, as for Capital Punishment i feel it needs to be brought back for the very worst cases of murder and evilness, with the DNA evidence they now have and all the CCTV a lot of murders are without doubt. Don't advocate it for all murderers as i said on the thread regarding the woman recently who murdered her 2 young girls and got 32 years in prison, thought that was reasonable and will definitely ruin her social life. There has to be an ultimate price for the very worst imo and severe enough sentences to make real thugs think twice before they cop for a 20/30 year stretch. |

when i was young police were big guys and could handle themselves ,have they done away with minimum height ,etc?In a confrontation with
a yob it doesnt help if the police guy is physically smaller ,does away with the fear factor ,especially with youngsters. |
