There are 217 million texts sent every day in Britain,if a clever government put a tax of 5 pence per text it would solve millions of problems over time,and the public might cut down on texting for a short while but rest assured it would be back to 217 million a day within weeks.and it is a tax that a lot of people would not even notice.

i am talking pay as you go,remember its only 5 pence a text and the population of britain is 66 million about 4 texts per day per person,
in fact they could put 5 pence tax on an e-mail as well,and then the big super duper companies could pay for the old people,and sick people every time they send a text,and the best about that is there would no way of dogging a pay as you go tax
