Are Vogons going to live to 1,500 years old?

Many observers think that, given their many irrational belief systems and habit of global conflict, the human race has the life expectancy of a small amphibian orbiting a black hole in a blender.

I can't find a specific reference to Vogon life expectancy, but longer than ours I should think.
