Bee population have been declining for years. Nobody really sure why , people researching it. Maybe global warming, maybe farming methods/ chemicals.

Many reports on the subject- One thing we can be 100% sure on is that the decline over past 20 years is not down to 5G which has been around for 25 minutes.

Agriculture and gardeners flooding their fields and gardens and polytunnels with insecticides designed to kill insects and at the same time large numbers of insects that have been around for 100s of millions of years are suddenly ill and dying, I wonder if anyone could draw a possible link....? They are finally waking up there might be one and banning e.g. neonicotinoids.

This could be it dt - https://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/weird-news/795681/Hundreds-bees-drop-dead-5G-towers-California-Sierra-Madre-video

The term "bee holocaust" has been used before in conjunction with the nicotine based insecticides referred to by JC.

Beekeepers have stated that when a mobile phone mast is placed near a beehive, or near a beekeeping establishment, the bees quickly disappear. They reckon the bees keep 'getting lost', and can't find their way back to the hives.

The vid I looked at had about 20 dead bees at the most.
More nonsense.

We have city bee hives, it's become trendy, right in the areas of highest 5G density.
Are their keepers complaining? Not a buzz.

Correct JC - My cousins (The major Beekeepers in the south of England) supply vast quantities of the small polystyrene mini-hives all over the country, with large numbers going to city centres. London Honey is now huge; even Fortnum and Mason sell honey from their own hives on the roof of the store in Piccadilly.

So 20 dead bees
We don't know how they died ....
But Terry the forum racist thinks it is appropriate to use the word "Holocaust" to describe this "evidence "

So where was this "evidence " posted - Terry forgot to provide a link.

I've often wanted to keep bees. My Grandfather used to keep them. I don't like honey though I'd have to sell it or make mead, it would just be for the fun of it.
Linking this back to the wasp thread, wasps can raid bee hives to try and steal their honey, I've watched it happen at a hive, interesting battle.
If this is happening, bee keepers can help their hives by putting a barrier across the entry slit so there is just a narrow hole they have to defend with a crowd of bees round it. Certain workers will have the job of defending it.

Saw a video (probably on youtube) of bees trying to defend against hornets trying that, it's not a fair fight, it's like Arnie in his pomp vs Toddlers.

have heard that before  .... then it says the bees use the sun for navigation .

i kmow they're buggered in the dark ... i  put one in a little bee bed the other day as it turned up exhausted  and she had a few hours kip, then flew off again at first light

Sounds like its time to start hoarding honey. Not too difficult to store it for years.
When the general public gets used to the artificial honey(who knows we are already consuming the artificial one without knowing), mine will be much more expensive and I can sell it to the rich for many times profit.

My neighbour has recently started beekeeping.  He says he has 30,000 bees but I doubt he's counted them all.

Re light, most people don't know bees have 5 eyes, they've the 2 obvious ones but 3 little simple ones on the back of their head that I think are for orientation and light levels. Would be handy if humans had that but you'd need to allocate a bigger sunglasses budget.

I've been studying a bee in my bedroom for the last two days .it fly's from the back window to the front window then it fly's back to the back window then it keeps repeating this action.
I tried to have a word with it but it was either a rude bee or it was a deaf bee.it took no notice of me .I only wanted to tell it .that it would get injured if it carried on with this practice
I'm sure it's buzz got louder every time it hit the window.it reminded me of myself just like I keep losing  at gambling I never learn my lesson .just like the bee doesn't learn from hitting the window

It just keeps doing the same thing hopeing for a different outcome .

It's no good me doing everything for it .like my mother did everything for me or it will never learn .the top window is open and it must learn to seek it's exit by using its brain .like the cubs learnt me how to escape from men who offered me toffees

It's nothing to do with the insect .it's just depends on what mood I'm in .
I'm just like a leperd who sees a gunoo and thinks to himself I will not kill that gunoo today i will eat a zebra instead
Just like the leperd I do what my frame of mind tells me to do .

I know people who go around looking for insects to kill .my counsellor has told me to avoid them kind of people now I've stopped drinking
