another thread where JC shows a shocking lack of self awareness and acts just as hysterical as any annoying SJW, what's new -- Ok I'll bite, rarely given the poster. In what way, given you are exactly the sort of snowflake who is incapable of understanding any rational point and jumps straight to being "offended", trolling (your primary past time on here) and sanctimonious point scoring. Please elaborate. |

But if we'd just exported guitars and amplification to them wouldn't they all have ended up sounding exactly like Tinariwen?
-- Would we even have electric guitars, as now, and amplication? Serious point. Why would you need Marshalls and Gibson Les Pauls to play "How much is that doggy in the window". It's simply a fact that "bad things" can sometimes have extra results that are good. Without WW2 for example, horrendous as it was, many techinoligical advances would have come much later or not at all. Computing, plane technology, radar, submarines, medicines all took a massive leap forward. Without the cold war, would the internet or it's like even be invented by now. It's a funny old thing, necessity is the mother of invention. You know the old saying, when a butterfly flaps its wings ... it might lead to accussations by other butterflies it's causing a draught. |

Link Wray would still of needed an electric to play his version of Batman.

See. The world would have been like amped up Deliverance.
At least it would have saved us from Ed Sheeran though. |
