European women have ridiculously low birth rates (Italy, a catholic country supposdely against contraception), is only 1.35!!!!!, Germany isn't that much better), while immigrants to Europe have high birthrates, often very high.  Anyone with even the most basic common sense and ability to count on one hand can see what the outcome of this will be down the line. This is a fantastic thing according to the BBC/Left, and the BBC will try to encourage this as much as possible.

If you bothered to open BBC today chances are you will never stop reading them, no matter the standard of the crap they feed you. There are many that blame BBC everyday yet their next thread is about another news item BBC fed them.

Pressure to have children can come from all kinds of places.

A parent who's impatient for grandkids. Friends who've recently had children themselves. Potential partners who ask on first dates what your plans are for the future.

How is that pressure?  If you want kids it's a good idea to find out early whether a potential mate does or not.  Why waste time?

Got to agree with the above. Wondering if your prospective partner wants or doesn't want kids is about as basic as it gets as a life expectation, in many ways it's the entire POINT of a man and woman pairing up. it's just pathetic snowflakery to think this is a bad thing or "pressure". WTF is the point in a man who wants kids going 10 dates with a woman before finding out she doesn't? So she gets a load of meals bought for her and he's wasted weeks of his life, how feminist would that be.

some people are thinking of not having kids because of climate change.

BBC news today had the usual double attack of Brexit doom mongery and Climate Change doom mongery.
Hard to remember a day they DIDN'T tbh. Still time for them to round it off the hat trick with an evening story from Will Gomperz about something to do with Diversity in showbiz.

i still await any of the  TV Channels having a Brexit biased guest list. Now just why is that? Every day it is the complete opposite

Yet some on the Politics forum maintain BBC are pro Brexit and pro Trump

I steer clear of that forum but anyone saying that is a troll or mental.

Was tempted to start a "Days since the BBC didn't have a Brexit Doom Story" thread but it'll be nailed on 100 consecutive days of "0" until Halloween so hardly worth the effort.

as i said above though; it's all the TV stations. At least America counteracts CNN with Fox News

Yes you can tell the difference between actual news and scripted reporting.

A "days since the BBC had a POSITIVE Brexit story" might be an interesting thread as they are as rare as sparrows carrying away chihuahuas.
That could add up to an internet breakingly high number.

But of course they aren't "anti Brexit", oh no ...

Exactly

As for the comment above from detraveller I do not push anything from the media in a positive light

They are basically pressuring women NOT to have kids ffs, whilst hiding it with blaming "social pressure" CrazyCrazy

Women can make their own minds up surely? and most women round my end who have had kids recently have done so because they got "broody", it was the men who were sort of pushed into it by the women. I don't think the media live in the real world ffs.

Popped one out a few weeks ago and was trying for the sprog as well CrazyCrazy

But of course they are "Pro Trump"....

Trump is well capable of blowing his own. All they have to do is show his tweets and then us non twitter users still get to see positive Trump.

Au contraire, he WAS a commando, just has to keep it secret due to the missions he did. THose stories about draft dodging are a cover story. He was a very very good awesome commando, the best commando there ever was, it was awesome, how best he was. True. So True. His words. He told me himself.

But on that point, when the US company is booming the BBC hate covering it. Same as when pound goes up they don't like to cover it, when it drops they like to cover it, as evidenced again this week in spades. When FTSE goes up they hate covering it, when it drops they love covering it.

Every International Athletics meeting is a positive endorsement (also reported on) depends how you choose to view the reality of human physiology.

Actually in a very high level ojective view there were surely positive aspects of the slave trade. Without it it's extremely unlikely there would have been the influx of black people to the US and caribbean put in that situation with western instruments, culture, religion and hardship mixing it all up.
And without that I think it's extremely unlikely we'd have had Blues, Jazz, Funk, even Reggae and therefore all the things that depended on that, Swing, Rock, the Beatles, Heavy Metal etc. Indeed music would probably be totally sh1t without it, we'd all be listening to how much is that doggy in the bloody window. We probably wouldn't even have had George Formby.

I'm speaking a whole load of sense of course but if someone publically said that you'd be lynched by the SJWs who don't like facts or objective thought.... You could imagine the Guardian Peace. "JC points out Slavery lead to good music. He's a nazi apologist that must be killed."
