Cloud based timesheet

I have recently been given a role where I will responsible for the timesheets of 10 employees.

Traditionally this has been done by using paper timesheets but I would like to introduce a cloud based service that will allow each employee access to their timesheet to view and edit. I will be able to access all timesheets and view and edit. The timesheets are excel spreadsheets.

Wonder if any old factories still have the stamped card timecard things, or is all now electronic?

I do my timesheet on my phone, make a master spreadsheet which they all fill in and can send back to you at the end of each week. Unless you need a live spreadsheet then cloud is pointless.

If the company gives them like office 365 does that sort of thing maybe have it built in with the other crap like calendars and so on?

How do you go about doing that mate?

If I send via WhatsApp or email the receiver still needs to save the file to something like Dropbox before opening with the excel app. I’m trying to make this p easy.

Steve, search timesheet template and download one. Adapt it to to suit your work needs then each person has a blank timesheet and fills it in weekly and emails it back to you at the the end of the week or the monday after.
