Thank you Kenny man Ive looked several times to see if you remembered.i would have been upset if you hadn't I've been reflecting how when I was young how I had loads to look forward to .
Now at 70 all I've got to get exited about is if you remember my birthday .or if a bus comes on time .or if cadburys chocolate fingers are in the sale
You gave me alot to think about when I was complaining about how I had no energy and felt like an old man
When you stated that Mick Jagger was Four years older than me and look at him
You know how little things stick in your head .well every single day since you mentioned it .I can't stop thinking about it .IVE GOT MORE TO WORRY ABOUT THAN I HAD WHEN I WAS 69

I'm going to get up now and have a shower and see if I can walk to the tram stop to visit my family

I know today what would make me a happy .it's peace of mind .The nonsence and my interpretation that intake from it is self destructive .it's not life that's the problem it's me
It's what's inside my head that makes me unhappy and I would have to chop it off to get
that peace
It's not as if I could go to a desert island to get that peace as I have to take my head with me

Do Wah my advice would be get out and about (if your mobile) into wildlife and nature it can offer a different perspective and better wellbeing,it helped get me out the clarts,fills in time where you'd be wondering what to do and it doesn't cost much bar transport money,feel better life's too short to feel like shyte.

I can't walk to Richmond park .I'm finding it hard to walk to the bus and tram stop to use my free bus pass
There's a park across from my flat it's got loads of steps at the entrance .those steps remind me of when rocky ran up those steps to that tune Der Der Der Der Der when he was getting fit for his world championship fight .in the past I've run down them slowly thinking I'm rocky and I can hear the music in my head .I love that scene he thinks he's going to be world champion again .I feel as though Im going to fall and break my neck .I can't even walk down them without holding the rail never mind run up and down them .I used to wear my dressing gown when ever I played in a big darts game at work or when I played in the final rounds of a crown green bowling match .dreaming that I would be champ and for a laugh .my friend would come and take my robe from me while I lost my game .it only ever happened a couple of times as I was usually an also ran

When my son in law asked my crown green bowling friend if I was any good at the game .he said he's. A trier in my absence .it annoyed me it was true but it still annoyed me
Let's just say he's a trier my son in law repeated .I'm dying to see my bowling friend before I die so I can pull him up and ask him what's this trier all about .I've never seen him for years .it won't be nice to see you it will be what's this he's a trier all about .will be the first words I speak to him
I will then start recalling my odd big wins to him .even knocking the Waterloo runner up out of the first round the following year
He will soon tell me to shut up and say he's heard it all hundreds of times before

The runner up got very annoyed when I beat him and asked him if he hadn't been bowling long .I didn't know he was the previous year runner up .there's 2056 in that completion when I beat him the competition was the cup final and holy grail of the crown green bowling competitions .I'm. Sure he got it fixed for the following year as I met him in the first round the following year and my bottle went now knowing who he was .He was like a man possessed making sure he didn't lose to me again
He then said to me have you been playing long .I said yes don't you remember I battered you last year by a much bigger score than youve just beat me.
I think he was more happier bating me than getting to the final .one top bowler told me he said to him I don't mind losing but that do wah diddy can't bowl
