Ticks the right diversity boxes so BBC love her more than Romeo loved Juliet. Same as the communist asian woman from "Novoro Media" who has a season ticket.
I caught a few seconds (had to switch off) of a program a couple of days ago with Yasmin on it, it wasn't dateline london, so unless it's a repeat she's even more popular than listed above.

Talking of Dataeline London I watched that at abour 2am last weekend. It had 4 people + host on and as memory serves me right every single one of their international selection was anti Brexit in the most smug patronising manner, anti Trump, anti Boris, like a harmonious choir singing from the BBC political agenda hymnbook.

the "inadequate host" btw was the one who started all the ruckus with the Beeb about the gender pay gap

you'd get more sense than any of these panel shows if you went into the nearest pub and picked out any 4 or 5 people at random. you can guarantee they'd be more in touch with popular opinion

Despite the fact Brexit won the referndum, Trump won in the US and may win next time as well, and it looks like Boris will be our next PM, could you possibly imagine the BBC having a political show where all 4 guests were Pro brexit, Pro Trump, pro Boris Oh my sides.

if the Beeb want a decent discussion programme then they have to have at least some opposition to the fanaticals they adhere to on shows like this. Otherwise they are just broadcasting one opinion. Then again they could always have 3 so-called right wingers  & an apologetic Italian on. Oh my sides
