Literally brought back memories . When and where I was when I heard it , childhood friends etc. Oh to be back in the 70's

I remember it fondly as well.

There was a girl at school whose cousin was in the Rubettes. That's just popped into my head and is all I can remember.

No shame in that wit-ham, I absolutely love "Sugar Baby Love" and when I have a boozy late night music night at mine, which is usually once a month, it is always played at full blast!
