According to the Times.............

As many as six Conservative MPs are due to hold talks with the Liberal Democrats this week with the aim of derailing Brexit and Boris Johnson’s premiership.

Sources close to the talks say the discussions will include the possibility of a vote of no confidence in Johnson or even the option of Tory MPs defecting to the anti-Brexit party.

If only two were to switch, it would immediately deny Boris Johnson a parliamentary majority.

Not sure what the full implications of that would be. If he can't form a government can he still be named PM?

Would love it if May went to the Queen and said she was staying on because the Imbecile the Tories have elected is not only unfit to govern but she has been told by members of her party they will vote him out in a motion of no confidence.

to all that don't know; including it seems most of the MSM; if there was to be a vote of N/C  then they'd better get a shift on as 2 days max is left to do so. Otherwise it will be October

Please refrain from using such rude and out of place language to refer to a lady. In England, us gentlemen always show great respect to women.

Northernlite: May & a couple of her advisors & i think it is one of the Queens; would have to advise the Queen Bozo could not command a majority. Then in all probablity, a minority Government would be allowed

Is any vote safe to be honoured these days ffs? Isn't what I voted for. How can I stop this?? Getting on my fekking nerves. Total joke. Democracy at it's lowest for a long time should this happen.

liberal democrats are an absolute joke of a party. neither believe in democracy and they're only as liberal as long as you agree with their very narrow version of it

Parliament has had 3 years to get us out. It has failed!

Time for a new Parliament me thinks and btw if the new Parliament is elected on a manifesto of remain then I trust you as a democrat would support the people's decision!

Of course the new Parliament could equally be comprised strongly of leavers who could push the result through and that would be a democratic process too!
By:
HGS
When: 23 Jul 19 16:42
Should remain have won, I would have supported the result 100%. Parliament has failed as MP's are going against what, in many cases, their own constituents voted for.
