Well I suppose it's a fair guess that his politics are that another option would've been to paint a mural glorifying a terrorist on the gable end of his cubicle in protest. At least it wouldn't have cost the taxpayer anything!

He wasn't offended in any way shape or form . He saw an opportunity to cash in on some ridiculous legislation and it worked . Fair play to him , hopefully more civil servants will follow his lead .
