NASA's budget for the fiscal year 2019 is $21.5 billion and in return the taxpayers will get a load of photoshopped cgi cartoons, that sounds fair.
And they'll be nowhere near as good as the Russian cartoons in which they'll photoshop Putin's head onto one of the cosmonauts.
