While your on Anx any idea why mass rape of young girls has been able to go unchecked for years ? Hardly creating a headline when the Perps are eventually arrested .

lol at the people going on about rapists and grooming gangs - are any of them standing to be the next PM of the United Kingdom?

Are you saying - at least he isn't grooming children or raping women, so it could be worse?

Happy to agree that the latest "episode" in this mans train crash of a personal life is probably a load of nothing - but that doesn't alter the fact that he has FAILED horrifically at every position he has ever held. He's clearly a deeply flawed human being. If you ignore all of his professional failings. How many failed marriages?, how many illegitimate children?, this woman is just the latest in a long line of disasters. Everything he touches turns to sh1t.

I'll happily agree that the opposition party is equally bereft of talent but you're gonna have a busy couple of months ahead trying to defend Boris - if your sole argument is that he's less sh1t than some of the alternatives.

It's amusing seeing the tory haters and remainers getting indignant on here and hoping that Boris won't be chosen. It's as if they believe it will be Grauniad readers and the likes of themselves doing the voting and not Tory members.

almost as amusing as seeing the brexiters rallying to the flag of Boris on the back of a few populist outbursts - convinced that he's going to deliver what they want. you do know he's only been pretending to be a brexiter?

I desperately want him to win - with him as PM and communists in opposition, I think party politics (as we know it) will collapse.

He won't last a year imo, he definitely won't deliver on anything (including Brexit) but I think he will obliterate the Tory party forever. It's a price worth paying.

No but one of the charged  is or was in the House of lords , or perhaps due to lack of coverage you have not heard about that .

There is no comparison  in some of the reporting these days .Either no coverage or back burnered asap.

And I totally agree Boris is not my Cup of tea , Neither is Jezzer ,the state of UK politics is at an all time low Sad

If Boris doesn't deliver Nige will love it ,personally I just wish the destruction of Torys and Labour both are not for for purpose.
But I specially wish the snp all get ebola.

Seems to be getting hounded over nothing but a domestic argument ffs

He might see this as a great opportunity to pull out? there's no way he's delivering anything because there's simply no majority there, its not worth risking a cushy life on the back benches to become a sitting duck PM in my opinion

Give it Hunt and just kick the can down the road a bit longer might be their plan

The laptop makes me think though

"Get of my laptop"

I mean with all the commotion going on why would you remember that little thing?

Might be reading to much into it but that just seemed a bit weird

It seems to staying in the news for far to long this, if it was just a row then it would have been forgotten about by now

There were lots in the Times about this kerfuffle but the best bit I liked was the quote from one of the other neighbours, who lives in a council flat, who said 'From my point of view, I expect privacy.  I don't want to use this opportunity to get on TV.  Even if something happened once, so what? We are all human

And by the way, Baphornet, I am a woman and I think you know that very well Silly

Would you prefer Corbyn?

I most definitely would not - but if that's the best you have as a reason for wanting a BJ as PM it shows how low we have sunk.

It would be helpful if you read posts properly before responding. I asked 1stTP a question, it was not a statement.

The man protesting outside Boris' girlfriend's home today looks remarkably similar to the man protesting outside JRM's home late last year

Disgusting behaviour in front of JRM's children!
