My large numbers bedside clock was somehow an hour fast, so tried to reset the time but it wouldn't hold and was having a fit.
This was on Wednesday, so I gave up on it and bought a new one, which was to be delivered the following day.
Don't ask why, but I switched the other one off , and back on again, and it was fixed!
Tried to cancel the new one, but it was too late, as had already been dispatched!
This got me thinking about other things I bought, and wasted money!
A garden shredder, when my tree man chips all of the big stuff, and prunings that I cut go into the "Green Bin"!
Bought a load of power tools, for a specific job at my son's place, and including a laser guided circular saw.
I made just one cut of a plywood sheet, and that was it!
Same son, different house...
I had to demolish a brick step, and a lump hammer and bolster was getting me nowhere, so went off (just down the road) and bought a "Sledge Hammer" (why are they called that)?
Went back, and just two gentle swings and it was all over!
A Taylor Made "M3 440CC Driver".....
An electric bike....too heavy (partly due to the massive battery, that looked like an oversize water bottle)!
Starbucks Coffee....(arrived yesterday) very confusing, as they have a stack of options so I bought "The House Blend", and to say it's nothing special is an understatement!
Too many guns to admit to....
A "Race Chip" RS from Germany.....did it work?...did it thump!
Has to be a lot more I guess, but it's hurting looking at it all....
