What threads precisely are RELEVANT to chit chat? Explain that to me Mr Joe! But nice to see you say I post on a multitude of inane subjects, somethng of which I am very proud. The most tedious man on the internet, the self proclaimed Lord of the Forum and judge of us all, keeps saying I just post about the same things :)
It must be said I actually dream about posting rubbish, but that's just due to the cheese consumption.

Welsh rarebit, when it is cooked properly that is, is a lovely snack with a chilly pint of Aspalls. This Jamie Oliver recipe is a total winner.https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/bread-recipes/welsh-rarebit-with-attitude/
Jamie Oliver has "nicked" his recipe from Delia Smith, which has been around since he was in short trousers....
Only thing is that she is showing two versions, but the one I have used for years, also has brown ale!
