Shall be no more....Thank god
The Jeremy Kyle Show has been axed by ITV after the death of a guest who took part in the programme. Steven Dymond was found dead on 9 May a week after filming the show, during which he took a lie detector test. Carolyn McCall, ITV's CEO, said: "Given the gravity of recent events we have decided to end production of The Jeremy Kyle Show." ITV had initially suspended filming, and the prime minister's spokesman called the death "deeply concerning". |

And Jeez replied "O well nothing lasts forever,im off to the States to make some more, they love me there and the money is out of this world"

By:
He's done Jeremy Kyle USA and they canned it.
By:
Im sure they will find something for him though
By:
LBC will give a job. they will let anyone broadcast

He's got another ITV show I've seen a couple of times - a Panorama-lite production where he chases after lowlife with a microphone (with his minders in tow of course) and expresses his mock outrage after they've managed to escape.
Maybe Panorama will do a programme on him. I've always wanted to see a show where you've got Kyle, Panorama and Dispatches investigators all chasing each other with microphones in some sort of Benny Hill sketch |

Well he had a good run...he can't complain
It had to be taken off, after a death was linked to his show. |
By:
I'm glad its gone, it was pure trash TV from the off, people called it "our Jerry Springer" nah sorry Jerry Springer was funny and his show was actually a laugh
"kung fu hillbilly" is my personal favourite Jeremy Kyle wasn't funny, it was hosted by a loud obnoxious little twerp you wouldn't p*** on if he was on fire But the media had an agenda from the off when it broke about the death, they obviously wanted it off the TV screens for whatever reason they had, it sure wouldn't have been cancelled if they still wanted it on the screen trust me. |

By:
ITV racing are showing an interest.he could do a little piece if olly & Francesca hit the rocks.
By:
He'll be back on your TV screens in a few months, once this dies down he'll be given even more money to front something different
They never leave forever no matter how hated and despised they are |
By:
He's a nasty little man, he's bound to get something else

I think the show was cancelled to hide the depravity and the poor working class?, everything nowadays has to be rosy and great? there's no such thing as "unemployed" and "homelessness" now not in the media anyway
"unemployment" is always hitting record lows, and shows like Jeremy Kyle contradict this lie Soon there wont be a welfare state because of the lie |
By:
Look at the shows on television now
Shows like Britains Got Talent depict a false perception of what modern society is "rogue traders" is perfect in a sense it tells its viewers there's none government leeches out there trying to steal your money, when in fact its the very sodding broadcaster pumping out the show itself that is taking your money |
By:
Jeremy Kyle has now served its purpose, its demonised the "welfare leeches" and they've now rectified that with Universal Credit
Now there's types of propaganda to ram down people's throats, ie the welfare leeches have now moved into rogues trying to steal your money with a botched gas fitting ![]() ![]() Always something to fear, but everything is perfectly fine, its all rosy in the state controlled Great Britain |

They will probably do a "Bradley Walsh " with Kyle & create TV program's tailor made for him, that Walsh show the other day, utter tosh but just made to keep his profile up there as he is probably on a big retainer, give it six months a year you can be assured Kyle will start appearing on his own tailor made shows albeit less controversial.

the latest game show with Dermot oleary was the pitts.....whoever came up with that idea should be shot.....small fortune

Will be interesting to see if Jeremy Kyle can claim to have been offering a much needed public service to the more unfortunate amongst us .
If he genuinely believes this and that it wasn't some contrived money making scam exploiting the vulnerable , maybe he can continue to rent out a studio and continue to perform his work for , what he will insist , the benefit of those individuals featured . However , failure to do so will prove that the Jeremy Kyle Show was , as most believe , a freak show . |

Not before time.
Utter scum of a show. Total exploitation of disfunctional people. |

Why has it taken a death for people to finally wake up to the fact that television is full of trash?
A gullible public has just been used to make 'stars' out of people like Jeremy Kyle. All channels are churning out this rubbish on a daily basis. Reality this, reality that, it just adds up to a pile of cheap nothing. It is obviously wishful thinking to suggest they might move on to dumping the likes of X Factor, The Voice and other glorified karaoke shows which have killed the music industry over the last 20 years. |

So the likes of one direction haven’t made any money?
By:

By:
Each to their own of course but I just don't get how people watch this show, it's a nasty programme to put it mildly.
By:
I've never seen it but I have an idea how it works and it does seem somewhat distasteful.

Biggest money makers in groups/bands are never the lead singers or the book ends, it's always the songwriter, Brian Harvery was just the front man/main vocalist, never wrote any notable tracks I don't think, their biggest hit which is played every Christmas was written by the other band member who I think wrote most of their songs, most royalties would go to him if not all. Probably makes more money off of youtube lol.
By:
I don't know his name, the other band member, saw some documentary few years ago, think he found God or something.
By:
I thought Brian Harvey got sectioned recently, another example of a group being potless is 'Bewitched'. They sold over 3 million albums and all they received was a basic wage.
By:
SH
They need the front man/vocalist? he's just as important as the writer in my opinion The bewitched group is another sad case, they do all the hard work, sell millions of albums only to be shafted once it dries up |
By:
that's not the point I was making at all SS, you were saying Brian Harvey sold 20 million and is now bankrupt - but he was never rich in the first place, the royalties go to the songwriters of these big hits that sell the millions such as "stay another day" and that was written by the other band member.
By:
These days, Stay Another Day features heavily on festive radio playlists, compilations and other Christmas media. Netting a tidy income for the rest of his life, former band member Tony Mortimer (pictured) co-wrote the track and picks up most of the royalties, which amount to around $135,000 (£100k) a year.

Danny Baker gets sacked for making a joke (might not be in the best taste but its a joke). Jeremy Vile gets pulled, for a death, but gets a 3 mill (reportedly) pay out.
Supposedly current affairs program, Loose Women, makes a joke about the tennis player getting banned. But doesn't mention at all the suicide and pulling of a program. Worlds gone mad. |

Always knew this was going off within the show, "Producers and researchers would be talking to guests for hours before the show began, passing information across. I heard them saying things like, "You won't believe what I just heard your fella say to me just now". It was nothing more than trash TV, and most of it was done to get "good TV" its all well and good exposing it all now, but why wasn't it done 10 years ago? or why wasn't it done 14 years ago? if they knew all this was going on the whole time then why wasn't it exposed when the show was first airing? massive agenda was going on to demonise the working poor, the "benefit scroungers" to be exact. Now they've reformed the welfare state there's no need for this show anymore, so its perfectly ok to expose everything that went off. None of these bas*ards will see a court of law though, Jeremy Kyle gets a big payoff along with his horrible collegues, producers and directors, and all of them will be back in a nicely paid job soon enough, after a nice paid for vacation. Its a case of we've got rid of it so be thankful, now go back to sleep. |
By:
This should be the watershed moment to finally ditch all media, they've been pulling this c*** for long enough and it has to stop, firstly by shutting down the likes of ITV/BBC etc
They are not your friends, they are there to provide "entertainment" to keep us all distracted That show was the absolute pits though, it was nothing more than pure filth to get cheap giggles and to mock the poor bas*ards that went on it, and they were pocketing millions for the pleasure of it Jeremy Kyle now hob nobs it with all the royalty in horse racing, go figure ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Jeremy Kyle use to come out with things like
'why don't you get a job and you wouldn't have to come on here wasting my time' What would happen if no one was coming on your show, Jeremy? you'd have no show This bloke use to give looks to his security staff, you'd know what he was thinking, he thought these people were scum of the earth I don't feel sorry for the backing crew either, they should have tried to blow the doors of this thing years ago, they are looking for sympathy now, they are no better than the bas*ards who sanction people at the job centre, "just doing my job", absolutely pathetic excuse ![]() |
