I wonder .. you know how celebs can kind of trademark their name for commerical purposes, if you wrote a song about a celeb using their name, then it became a hit, could the song became a hit, could the celeb sue?

I'm kind of glad now my release of "Girl works down the chip shop swears she's Lady Gaga" flopped.

prefab sprout album ' steve mcqueen ' wasnt allowed to be called that in usa ( due to copyright i think ) .
