Such a ridiculously small punishment for Montenegro following England's visit.

This sort of punishment does nothing - they need to start disqualifying countries from competitions - I can't see anything changing until they do that. My favourite bit from the article:
As an additional part of the punishment, the Montenegro FA has been ordered to display a banner that shows the UEFA logo and the words "#EqualGame" at the next match they host.
My word! that will definitely work I reckon FFS
