My Latin teacher, Mr. Cottrell, lobbing the board rubber at anyone if they were chewing bubble gum in class. He had terrible eyesight and when he launched the missile we all ducked under our desks as it could have gone anywhere, even if it wasn't meant for me I took preventive tactics just in case.
Bless him, I had total respect for Mr.Cottrell even though he was a bit of a nutcase ![]() |

Remember when the only genders were males and females? That's still the case of course, but inexplicably one of the world's biggest tech companies (led by one of the world's richest men) is daft enough to think there are 71 in the UK.
How did this company, clearly not fit to hold any sensible person's data, become so successful in defiance of all common sense? . https://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/facebook/10930654/Facebooks-71-gender-options-come-to-UK-users.html |

when putting the tv on meant youd hear it for about 30 seconds before the picture came on, and a white spot could be seen in the centre of the screen after youd turned it off. And your hair used to be attracted to the screen due to the static that built up on it if you got up close
