I think they have no all retired due to rheumatism and suchlike and want to spend more time gardening and listening to the candian version of Desert Island Disks on the wireless!

Just Checking - Used to see them regularly when they toured UK .
Hammersmith Odeon supported by Triumph (another Canadian band) was probably the peak . On another tour they had another Canadian band called 'Max Webster' supporting who I thought were really good but dunno what became of 'em . Rush then went on to do bigger venues such as Empire Pool Wembley etc. and although still good I preferred the smaller gigs .

I took my mum to Wembley to see them (my parents were still going to live shows in their 60's !) cos she wanted to see Neil Peart performing live . Best drummer/percussionist I've ever seen .

Looked him up. Some drum kit.

His live drum solos were something to behold

I'd even rate him above the likes of Cozy Powell , John Bonham and Chester Thompson .

Why wouldn't they continue to protest?
The Notre Dame donations have proven their argument to be true i.e there is an unjust division of wealth in French society
