Extension is illegal ?

Where is the illegality ?
I know Bill Cash was trying to argue something along those lines yesterday but if you followed him you are a better man than me.

It was written into law that we would be leaving on the 29th March with or without a deal

The first "extension" was them basically sticking two fingers up

We can now go back to getting on with whatever we were doing

But getting rid of May doesn't alter the parliamentary maths (except that if it's Johnson he will lose any sort of majority)nor does it make the EU change the withdrawal agreement.
