Quite enjoy this program, amazing the skill of the people there, also the emotional attachment people have with their old objects is incredible but hardly surprising.

My favourite is the old boy who allegedly repairs gramophones. He’s absolutely clueless and always asks the watch guy to do the job. :)

Jay Blades, who seems to be in charge of the enterprise, isn’t much better either. His one limited skill in terms of furniture restoration, which is employed on just about every project he undertakes, is to paint one chair leg a pastel blue.

The watch dude, the ceramic lady and the teddy bear women all do good work.

The program is made at The Weald and Downland Museum at Singleton near Chichester in West Sussex.
