Angoose, I had a bit of a bad day but I walk my Muttley in Dulwich Park for an hour or so twice a day and have a pint in the Crown And Greyhound in the village and that calms me down no end.I've had a terrible run recently but things could be worse.

I have a mindfulness app on my phone. I plug in for a while til calm. Then I get the voddy out and pour it in my eyeballs using the lid like you do with Optrex.
