The restrictions mean that all of the kebab removalists videos now come with a content warning before anyone is able to watch them and are removed from recommendations, while users can no longer comment, suggest or like the videos.

I think this might just be a move to show the EU that Google is serious in tackling right wing extremism(or whatever you want to call it). From what I know Tommy was being censored by the media of his own country so Google just picked a soft target that won't be noticed but would increase their reputation(and give them something to show to authorities when social media regulation talks soon start in America)
