The way women "arrange" things down there these days, even if you get a good look you'd have no idea if the collar matches the cuffs of a woman with suspiciously coloured hair. I suppose that's progress!

£130 just for starters, then there's the hard sell on 'products' needed to keep the barnet in pristine condition.

Check the eyebrows, not the hair.

As for the price, you charge what people are willing to pay.  If he can get £130 then he'd be an idiot to charge less.

I do wonder though, you sometimes see these horror stories of women who've had a bad allergic reation to a hair dye kit and they are supposed to do an allergy test the day before with just a little of it. How does that work at a salon, do women turn up for an allergy test beforehand, or just risk a horrible reaction? And if the salon ones are 100% allergy proof, why not use the same chemicals at home?

I completely agree with you Geoff ,the problem is me and her mother split 7 years ago .i only see or hear from my daughter about once a month if I’m lucky,and then it’s when she wants something..... she’s 17 and does what ever she wants .....so in a nutshell I’m being held to ransom.

by yourself and your perceived options based on emotions that are not true, she really wants some discipline and love, just say no occasionally and go for a coffee or walk in the park, she will hold you in higher esteem.

Very good sir ,sounds great ,but in today’s world that doesn’t work... she lives with her head in a phone .living with a mother who thinks more about Botox than friends . People have been brainwashed looks , and fame .... I respect your comments..if only things were that easy

I`ve been doing some calculations and I haven`t spent £130 on a lifetimes haircuts.

... but if it brings some happiness for your daughter and some smiles, it`s £130 well spent. Good luck to her.

Have you considered that maybe her hair cut and colour only cost £50, and she has been flimping you for £80 every time she has a hair cut.

Maybe she will get a letter from Tony and Guy - traders decision that she can no longer use their cut and dry facilities - but is still welcome at the nail bar.

Can't be bothered with all the hard work of haircuts at barbers

Walk past a barber everyday and there's blokes in there getting exactly the same sodding style short back and sides and enough on top to comb it to one side, its called something, I like to call it the bland old style ffs

they must spend a fortune over the year, my brother has it done weekly

What amazes me though there's lads who are like 21 22 who are moaning about thinning hair, with all that chemical sh** being sprayed on it weekly no wonder, not to mention the £7 pot of stiff hair glue they stick on it daily
